Triple C Stir Fry

An easy weekday dinner that is fresh with in season vegetables and Triple C Stir Fry Meat. Thin cut sirloin makes cooking convenient. Only takes about 25 minutes from start to finish. Pour yourself a glass of wine and start making magic.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1lb Triple C Stir Fry meat
  • 1 Zucchini, cubed 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 C. Broccoli
  • 1/2 C. Cauliflower 
  • 2 Bok choy, cut in half
  • 1/2 C. mushrooms, diced 
  • 1 bell pepper, diced 
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced 
  • Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 Small onion, diced
  • 1 tbs. crushed red peppers 
  • 1 c. rice 
  • 2 c. water

Stir Fry Sauce: 

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp local honey
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Preparation: 

  • Mix Stir Fry sauce ingredients together and set aside. 
  • Brown Triple C Stir Fry meat in a hot pan with a little butter, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Set aside meat for later.
  • In the same pan add a little more butter and sauté Broccoli, Zucchini, Cauliflower, Peppers, Bok choy & Onion until crisp and a little soft.
  • Add in Garlic and Ginger 
  • Pour Stir fry sauce into veggies & bring to a boil. 
  • Add Stir Fry Meat into the Veggies & sprinkle in red pepper flakes. 
  • Lower heat & let thicken. 
  • In a small to medium sauce pan boil 2 cups of water with 1 cup of Rice (follow direction on the rice bag) 
  • When your rice is nice and fluffy, put some in a bowl & generously spoon stir fry over top!
