How Pre-Order Works:

Purchase this $50 deposit for Black Angus Prime Rib Roast, BEFORE DECEMBER 12th so that we can prepare them per the size you require.

Steps:

1. Choose which sized Rib Roast you'll need:

Rib roasts come in a variety of sizes varying from 2,3,4 or 7 bone roasts.

Rough Weight Estimates below - please note these are rough estimates based on previous years roast weights. We cannot guarantee "weights" due to bone variation. Therefore orders will be based on how many bones per roast:

2bone - about 5-6lbs

3bone - about 8-10lbs

4bone - about 10-12lbs

7bone - about 18-20lbs

Price is $28/lb

2. Once your Prime Rib Roast is ready we will inform you that your order is ready for pickup (please make sure to enter your email at checkout).

3. Upon pickup, your $50 deposit will be applied to your orders total.
