Garlic & Thyme T-Bone
Perfectly balanced & beautiful. Never ending flavor and a buttery bite will leave you wanting more. From prep to plate this family favorite dish will take you about 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 -2 T-Bone steaks
- Sea Salt
- Course pepper
- Fresh Thyme
- 4-6 garlic cloves, pealed & halved
Preparation:
- Add salt + pepper + thyme to both sides of T-Bone
- Heat up cast Iron pan with a healthy dose of butter
- Add garlic cloves and sauté ( about 2 minutes)
- Add T-Bone to cast iron
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, only flipping once
- Cook to 130°
- Remove from cast Iron & pour remaining butter and garlic over steak while it rests for 5 minutes
- Enjoy every bite
Maple + Bacon Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
- Fresh Brussel sprouts, halved
- Olive oil
- Himalayan sea salt
- Course black pepper
- 100% pure maple syrup
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Bacon
Preparation:
- Cook Bacon separately, until crispy, put aside and then cut into small pieces
- Pre-heat oven to 425°
- Add Brussel sprouts to baking dish or sheet pan
- Toss in olive oil + salt + pepper
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
- Bake until soft, yet crispy ( about 20-25 minutes)
- Remove from oven and drizzle with 100% maple syrup
- Add dried cranberries for color and a touch of tang! ( optional )
Mashed Adirondack Blue Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Adirondack Blue Potatoes
- Butter
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Peel + cube potatoes
- Add potatoes + water to pot and bring to a boil
- Drain
- Add butter + milk to potatoes and smash until creamy
- Add salt and pepper to taste
