Marinade Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• Chili Powder
• Salt
• Pepper
• Cumin
• Lime Juice
• Garlic cloves, minced

 All Other Ingredients:

• Tomatoes, Diced
• Red Onion, diced
• 1 lime
• Mixed shredded cheese
• Cilantro
• Flour Tortillas 

Preparation:

• Marinate Triple C Skirt Steak for 3-4 hours
• Place steak and marinade on cast Iron and cook to internal temp 130°
• About 3-4 minutes on each side - Flip once!
• Remove and let steak rest
• Cut thin and create your delicious taco
