Pork Quick Fry

Elegant, fresh & simple. Just the way a delicious meal should be. just a few ingredients packed with complimentary flavors to pair with a sunny day! Our pork quick fry cutlets are tenderized & ready for cook! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Triple C Pork Quick Fry 
  • Flour 
  • Whisked egg or 2!
  • Breadcrumbs 
  • Arugula 
  • Green Onion 
  • Lemon 
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Belle Mille Olive Oil 

Preparation: 

  • In 3 different shallow bowls put your flour + egg + breadcrumbs 
  • Dry pork cutlets with paper towel and trim any excess fat you don't want! 
  • In a large skillet heat up a nice layer of olive oil, about 1/4" thick. When its hot put a sprinkle of flour in the oil and if its ready the flour will bubble. 
  • Dip your pork cutlets one at a time: first in the flour, then egg (let excess egg drip off) , then breadcrumbs covering both sides. Cook on each side for about 3 minutes until they are nice and crispy. 
  • Serve over a bed of arugula topped with green onion + salt & pepper + a squeeze of lemon & a bit of belle mille olive oil! 

This is a go to meal for me! It bounces with flavor & brings a smile with each bite.
