Pulled Pork Sandwich

You will go back for seconds with this one! Easy, low maintenance, melt in your mouth pulled pork sandwich. Takes about 10 minutes to prep and 8 hours to slow cook. You can pull it off on a little high temp for 6-7 hours!
Don't have a smoker? The crock pot will do, simply delightful. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Triple C Boston Butt Roast
  • Traeger molasses & chili pepper rub 
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar ( if you don't have it - just use whatever vinegar you have in the house ) 
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • Worcestershire sauce 
  • pepper flakes 
  • 1 cup beer
  • Your favorite buns!

Preparation:

  • Heat Smoker up to 180° 
  • Rub the Pork Butt down with the Traeger Rub
  • Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl for basting
  • Put Pork Butt on grill until 160° internal temp. 
  • Baste every hour with sauce
  • Wrap Pork Butt in aluminum foil when it reaches that 160° internal 
  • Turn smoker up to 250° 
  • Cook for about 2 hours until internal temperature is at 205°

Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • Red Cabbage, shredded 
  • Red Cabbage, shredded 
  • Vinegar 
  • Mayonaise 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 

Preparation: 

  • Shred cabbage & mix in other ingredients until evenly distributed.
